Where possible, we do take photos of the finished products we make. MJK Creations AU reserves the right to take photos of the finished products to share on social media. If you have a problem with this please do let me know during the ordering process. Not all photos are shared on social media.

VINYL/UV DTF/SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS
As you may or may not be aware, vinyl can be temperamental at times. I do suggest that vinyl items are hand washed on each occasion. Heat of a dishwasher can effect the vinyl if applied to a mug/drink bottle or glass. Double walled items also cannot go in dishwasher even before vinyl is applied.
Vinyl that has been applied to apparel should never be put in the dryer or washed on a hot wash. I wash all my items at 30degrees on a cold gentle wash and items are still good after 3+ years.

If you choose to use heat or not follow the above recommendations, you do so at your own risk. Care instructions are given with items to assist you with washing, these are just a guide and my suggestions based on experience and advice by my suppliers of the item itself and the vinyl.

If you are ever unsure please ask.

When heat transfer is applied to an item sometimes slight imperfections may occur. As everything is done by hand, I take the upmost care when applying. At times applying vinyl with a heat press up to 160degrees can leave slight indention/outline marks from the vinyl and heat press.  (this is in the case of leather or satin products).

PROOFS

With our new website we do not provide proofs of a design unless I choose to check with you directly.

If an order has to be re designed a $20 admin cost is applicable to change a font once your order has been processed online.

POSTAGE & RETURNS

Local Pickup is available from Moggill. Please select your preferred picked up location at check out. Completed orders are only available once you receive the collection email.  Please keep in mind this is a private residence and pickup is between 7am-7pm.  In the case of extreme wet/windy weather some orders may be relocated inside.  

In stock items will be dispatched within 7-14 business days where possible, custom items may take a little longer to be designed/made. I can sometimes process orders quicker than the turn around times however due to working a few days a week I need to give myself some extra time in case. Delays from COVID also mean that my turn around time can be up to 3 weeks in some cases. I will always advise you via email if your order will be delayed. TURN AROUND TIMES FOR SEASONAL CELEBRATIONS SUCH AS EASTER AND CHRISTMAS CAN BE 2-3 weeks.

If your item arrives and it is damaged in anyway, please make you sure take photos of the packaging immediately and send us the information via email within 24 hours of receiving/collecting the parcel to hello@mjkcreationsau.com.au. Items will need to be taken to Australia Post for inspection if sent by post.
If you choose to post them back to us, we recommend that all items are posted back to us via Australia Post. Items must be returned in original condition and return postage is at customers expense.

MJK Creations take no responsibility for the loss/damage of items in transit.  I do my best from experience to pack the items correctly.

Goods that are proven to be FAULTY and I am notified within 48 hours of receiving the items, will receive a replacement (if possible) or a refund if no stock is available.  MJK Creations will also refund all postage costs within 4-5 working days of receiving confirmed faulty items. MJK Creations will replace faulty stock in the first instance (if possible). Please include your full name, address and phone number in the email listed above for all returns.

MJK Creations fully understands that shopping online can be a little tricky, however due to the personalisation of these items we do not allow refunds for change of mind. If you have an issue with your product, kindly email us – hello@mjkcreationsau.com.au with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Please keep in mind of the above with regards to Vinyl and product care of items.

Colours always vary in real life so at MJK Creations we always do our best to reflect the correct colour of our items in our photographs by not using photoshop or heavy filters.

There are No REFUNDS or EXCHANGE on any items for change of mind/incorrect. 

if you require a rush order, the option is available online for the cost of $15. Please always confirm the turn around time with me before adding this to your cart. If orders need to be processed within 24 hours of ordering a $15 rush my order fee will automatically be invoiced to you. Keep my mind my hours of operation are Monday-Friday like most businesses *unless it is during a busy special event period such as easter, christmas etc where I nay need to work extra hours on the weekends.
