When will my order be ready?

The turn around time can be anywhere from 7-14 business days*.

14 business days is the likely turn around time for personalised items depending on stock levels at the time of ordering.  If you are after a rush order, please contact me for a quote.

Please keep in mind that I am a one woman show - I work as fast as I possibly can.

 

Where is pickup?

We are located at Moggill.  Pickup is no longer available from Springfield Lakes (not since July 2022). 

Once your order is ready I will send an email and let you know and give you the address and pick up details.  Always check your junk mail for confirmations and collection emails.

 

Can you hold orders?

If you have ordered from us and have selected pick up you have 28 business days to collect this item. If it is not collected within this time frame the order will be archived and you will not receive a refund. We do not have the room/time to store orders.

 

How are items personalised?

I have a Cricut and a Silhouette.  Both are cutting machines that cut the vinyl that I apply to your order.  If you wish to see a behind the scenes, I regularly post on my Instagram on reels and stories.  I also use screen print transfers for non personalised items (for full colour prints and for majority of the white/black prints on apparel).  

 

How to I look after my item?

I have separate Terms and Conditions pages and Product Care pages.  If you have a specific question that is not covered in these sections, please feel free to contact me on hello@mjkcreationsau.com.au.

 

Where do I find suppliers?

As a business, I do not share my supplier details.  I do many hours of research sourcing items.  

My shirts are supplied by an Australian supplier made of Australian Cotton. 

Some items are sourced by third party suppliers.  Some items are made in China too as I try to keep my costs as low as I can to meet my target market.

 

Do you make custom orders?

Yes I sure can,  with personalisation the options are endless.  For all quotes please feel free to contact me on hello@mjkcreationsau.com.au.  Please keep in mind I do not offer custom orders at all times.
